The Work Ordered Day describes the structure of the day to day activity within our Clubhouse, organized to help members develop self-esteem, confidence and friendships, which make up the foundation of the recovery process. All the jobs in the Clubhouse is designed to help members to recover self-esteem, purpose and confidence; it is not intended to be job specific training.

Club SUCCESS is comprised of three units:

*Member Services- this unit concentrates on learning basic office etiquette through the training of customer service in multiple facets like a receptionist area, bank are, café area and greeters.

*Kitchen/ Culinary Unit – this unit allows for members to understand the “front and back of the house” of a restaurant by making salads, wraps, sandwich and hot meal of the day. The unit is designated to learn to clean, serve and cook for the bottom line responsibilities of the Clubhouse.

*Clerical/Media Unit- this unit allows for members to be able to utilize clerical skills to complete responsibilities using Microsoft Office, Creative Suites and other software.  This is a unit that allows for members to be creative and challenge themselves in learning software that are essential jobs.
